An object of the present invention is a purification, physicochemical adjustment and water filling system for human consumption comprising the following elements: a first interchangeable plate heat exchanger; a high pressure silica filter; a high pressure activated carbon filter; an ion exchanger; a double reverse osmosis system; an ozonizing system; mineral salt addition means; and means for adjusting hydrogen concentration. alternatively, the system may include a filling machine.
