The present invention relates to a remotely controllable water purification and water solar power system, which can purify water containing water pollutants such as phosphorus, nitrogen, nonpoint pollutants which cause green tides occurring in reservoirs, rivers, streams, and the like by using a water plant cultivation part, a wind power purification part, an ultrasonic water purification part, a water measurement part, and a solar generation part and generate power by using sunlight, wherein a water purification state confirmation and solar generation control can be performed from an office computer at a long distance and a mobile phone of a manager, the generated power can be commercially used, and the purified water can be used as water for living, agricultural water, and industrial water, thereby improving the efficiency of generation using sunlight while purifying water in reservoirs, rivers, streams, and the like.
