The present patent application has been elaborated for the elaboration of a murumuru yogurt, which reveals a native fruit from the Amazon region, which has pulp with significant chemical characteristics for the food area and which is still 100% wasted. The elaboration of this new flavor provided a yogurt with flavor, pleasant, distinct aroma and high acceptability. In addition, the fruit pulp adds nutritional benefits such as the presence of carotenoids. Its application will be the responsibility of the food or food industry. being prepared from ingredients such as skimmed milk (1); demerara sugar (2); murumuru pulp (3).
