The present patent application has been elaborated for the elaboration of a murumuru yogurt, which reveals a native fruit from the Amazon region, which has pulp with significant chemical characteristics for the food area and which is still 100% wasted. The elaboration of this new flavor provided a yogurt with flavor, pleasant, distinct aroma and high acceptability. In addition, the fruit pulp adds nutritional benefits such as the presence of carotenoids.
