calimycin applications in resistance to mycobacterium tuberculosis infection. The applications comprise the following main steps: using the frequently used clinical antituberculosis drugs, isoniazid and rifamycin, as a contrast, detecting the activity of calimycin on the resistance of mycobacterium tuberculosis using an absolute concentration method. the result indicates that the activity of calimicin on clinically separated mycobacterium tuberculosis comprising drug-resistant bacteria is remarkably superior to that of the frequently used clinical contrast drugs, isoniazid and rifamycin, and it is expected that applications of calimycin in the preparation of drugs for the treatment of diseases caused by mycobacterium tuberculosis are developed.
