The present invention relates to a strip for simultaneously measuring total hemoglobin and glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase (g6pd), a method of manufacture thereof, and an application thereof, wherein the strip comprises: a porous film ; a membrane treated with a glucose-6-phosphate-containing solution and attached to the upper end of the porous film; and a mesh attached to the top of the membrane in a structure in which the mesh comprises the entire membrane, and a portion thereof is projected from the membrane by a size at least equal to that of the membrane. The strip of the present invention provides decryption by easy and simple procedures and precise quantification by simultaneously measuring total hemoglobin and g6pd on the same strip, thereby conferring an advantage of quickly and accurately measuring the concentration of g6pd corrected for total hemoglobin.
