A composition is described comprising a mixture of at least two different phosphites of structure where R 1, R 2 and R 3 are independently selected alkylated alkyl groups and wherein said mixture is a liquid under ambient conditions. The compositions are useful for stabilizing thermoplastic resins and elastomers.
