The invention discloses a process for producing cement mixtures containing recyclable backfilling materials, such as the RCD particle determination method, which is suitable for application. Similarly, the invention describes a process for producing and mixing different raw materials, taking into account various raw materials. Compared with other known methods, the saved water and cement are: (a) the particle size of building and blasting residues is regulated;(b) Mixtures of building and explosive residues and cement as binders; and (c) greenhouse gas filters and solidification stages of mixtures. According to the invention, the above procedure recycles waste from buildings and reuses it, otherwise the waste will be discharged into sanitary waste. It can be transformed into high value and useful products for construction, and reduce the consumption of natural materials processed under normal conditions. According to the standards of non-structural materials and structural materials, the products are highly tolerant and durable.Focus on mixing water and cement with low consumption.
