Nature of the invention: This is a method for obtaining food from industrial residues in rice fields, including the fragmentation of plant raw materials and biological fermentation treatment, in which tricoderma lignrum active crop is used, namely: As the main raw material, rice cascades and starch are used, which are cut into 0.2-0.5mm.Then, the temperature of 110-l200c was used for hydrothermal treatment, the humidity was 50-60%, the pressure was 1.5-2 hours, and the quality of biological fermentation of plant raw materials ("Trichoderma lignorum 19") was 5-15% of the quality of processed raw materials.
