A disclosed Radix salvia miltiorrhiza extract for improving microcirculation and reducing blood lipid level, a micropellet, a micropellet capsule made therefrom, a method of preparing same and uses thereof. The Radix salvia miltiorrhiza extract contains the following component weight ratio: salvianolic acid A:rosmarinic acid:lithospermic acid:salvianolic acid B:cryptotanshinone:tanshinone IIA:stachyose=(0.5-16):(0.5-15):(0.5-15):(5-140):(0.5-25):(1-50):(150-600). The present invention has excellent stability, contains low amounts of solvent residue, improves microcirculation and reduces blood lipid levels.
