Novelty: an innovative alcoholic drink derived from the mixing of grape marc with propolis (bee-glue) and, more precisely, from dilution of this last into the former is disclosed. Mixing process: 1) fine grinding of the propolis in an ordinary mortar with pestle until reaching the form of fine granules; 2) dilution in the grape marc distillate, into an ordinary industrial container at 0,3% by volume. The dilution–homogenization takes place at 25 deg. Celcius and lasts 72 hours maximum. The whole process is carried out in a container or an arrangement of containers via magnetic stirrers. Proportions: the resulted yellowish alcoholic drink contains propolis (0,3% by volume), ethyl alcohol (40% by volume), water and other substances of the grape marc distillate.
