The invention relates to a tomato plant with branch chain transformation phenotype, which provides significantly high statistical yield of mature fruit, which has average weight performance of a single fruit or average short performance of a single fruit or a combination thereof. The characteristics of the present invention are similar to the fruits produced by the tomato line, which is used as the paternal line of the common branch of the tomato plant. The invention also relates to a method for preparing the tomato plant and its use.
