The present invention relates to the manufacture of a head for a beryllium-free copper piston produced in a steel mold, with a higher coefficient of heat transfer, where the largest area of ??heat transfer is inside the head, with the increase in the contact area. Also, it relates to the development of a novel beryllium-free copper alloy used in the heads to inject aluminum in the appliance industry and automotive. Said alloy fulfills the same properties as the current alloys (with beryllium) for the same process, with the addition of elements of Nickel, Cobalt, Silicon, and Chromium to maintain the mechanical properties necessary for the injection process.
