The present disclosure is related to a composition and method for increasing the bioavailability of sulforaphane and its analogues using ultrasonic means. A mixture of broccoli sprouts powder with mustard seed powder is proposed, to supply the mixture oro-nasally. Includes a device to supply the same and the delivery method, involving the diffusion of the composition using nebulizers, humidifiers and/or diffusers with ultrasonic technology achieving that sulforaphane can be seen as a conceptually promising agent in the cancer prevention and/or therapy and of other diseases.
