The present invention refers to devices and methods for isolating adherent endometrial microexplants and their clonogenic stromal cells resulting therefrom, obtained from the menstrual flow, which are developed and used for the construction of biological dressings for regenerating or restoring or healing skin wounds; also refers to the culture, harvest and use thereof for the reconstruction of biological dressings for regenerating or restoring or healing wounds caused by burns (radiation or chemical), ulcers of any type and origin, wounds caused by friction or any other mechanism that causes the loss of the structural integrity of the skin, tegument annexes, and circulation annex to the area of the wound. The invention is formed by devices and methods for the recollection and isolation of microexplants that allow the cloning of explants, endometrial adherents and stromal clonogenic cells for the restoration of wounds that cause the loss of the structural integrity of the skin or tegum ent, tegument annexes such as circulation annex to the damaged area.
