process to obtain titanium dioxide nanotubes doped nitrogen in solution by anodyzacji amines, applicable especially to photovoltaics and fotokatalizy, is that to the electrolyte (3) which is a solution of water and ethylene glycol or water and glycerol, including y fluoride ions in salt form fluorkowej, and nitrogen source of amine.immersed are: titanium plate (1) and a platinum (2), to which the constant voltage is applied. after completion of the anodyzacji and removing titanium plates (1) with the electrolyte (3) the last step of tio2 nanotubes is their calcination furnace in air or argon atmosphere in order to transition from amorphous to crystalline phase material.in addition, the degree of doping nanotubes with nitrogen is closely dependent on type of amine and its concentration in elektrolicie. it is possible domieszkowanie nitrogen during growth on nanotubes thanks to the electrolyte (3) the source dopant in the form of amines.
