A DNA vector capable of transformation and integration with the Leishmania tarentola chromosome containing a gene coding the abbreviated version of BChE in horses is the subject of the notification,without a tetramerical domain, leading to the biosynthesis of the Open Reading Framework.The notification shall also cover the method of obtaining recombinant, biologically active cholinoesterase proteins (abbreviated "CHE"), the clone structure,Genetic expression in the micro -organism: protozoan Leishmania tarentolae,vectors expressing DNA sequences encoding the CHE and their isolation in the form of a biologically active recombinant protein, such as the enzyme butyryl cholinoesterase (E.C. 3.1.1).8; abbreviation "BChE") and its derivatives.
