The invention relates to a biovector with anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial and wound-healing effect, for topical applications, and to a process for preparing the same. The claimed biovector is an assembly of 2 membrane layers: a porous membrane layer of chitosan and a composite membrane layer of sodium alginate, possibly with silica nano-oxide, and a phytocomplex consisting of concentrated extracts of Symphytum officinale, Betonica officinalis, Salvia officinalis and Impatiens noli-tangere in a volumetric ratio of 1:2:2:2. The claimed process consists in that, in a first stage, the concentrated phytocomplex is prepared then, in a second stage, the first membrane layer of chitosan is carried out by dissolving chitosan in acetic acid, to which glycerol is added, after which, in a third stage, the second composite membrane layer is prepared by dissolving sodium alginate in a mixture of distilled water and the phytocomplex prepared in the first stage, silica nano-oxide and glycerol being further added, to result in a polymer solution which is poured over the chitosan membrane, and this assembly being maintained in the drying cabinet at 40°C for 12...48 h.
