The invention relates to a plant for direct synthesis of photocatalytic composites with heterojunctions of the group FeO- TiOby laser pyrolysis, based on nano-TiO/iron oxide sintered from active precursors in liquid phase. According to the invention, the plant consists of a time- and parameter-control and monitoring system (ICM) with mechanical and computerized interfaces, a gas control and monitoring subsystem (SCMG), two pressurized systems (TTIP and P-Fe) with multiple functions, for supply with liquid precursors, the system being supplied with Ar, liquid precursor and preliminary vacuum in the vapourizers (EV1 and EV2) supplied with hot air by the generators (GAC1 and GAC2) together with mixing gases and technological gases, an injector (INJ) for gas injection into the reaction chamber (CR) where they cross with the laser beam generated by the laser system (SL), the laser beam in the reaction chamber (CR) being taken over by the power measuring assembly (PM), also controlled by the said system (ICM), the laser system (SL) having components for generation of a laser beam with a wavelength in the range of 1...10 μ m.
