The invention relates to natural preparations of nano emulsions type with antifungal and antimycotoxigenic action for cereal protection, both in crop and in granaries, with foliar application and/or application on seeds, to be used in biological agriculture, which are based on essential oils from the families Lamiaceae and Umbelliferae, with addition of natural organic excipients and to a process for preparing the same. According to the invention, the preparations consist of a mixture of active principles represented by essential oils selected from the following plants: dill (Anethum graveolens), oregano (Origanum vulgare) and thyme (Thymus vulgaris) in ratios of 0.3...2%, lecithin from soya beans in an amount of 0.05% and, for the remainder up to 100%, water, the percentage being expressed by weight. The process, as claimed, has the following stages: a. manual sorting the plant material consisting of seeds, inflorescences and whole plants, by removing the rotten or damaged parts and mineral and organic impurities; b. drying the plant material in aired and ventilated spaces, at a temperature of 20...25°C, until a humidity content of less than 8% is reached; c. grinding the plant material in a laboratory mill, at a rotary speed of 1000 rpm; d. preparing the essential oil by vapour-entraining the volatile principles released by the vegetal matrix, with an extraction yield of 0.5...4%, depending on the species employed; e. preparing the natural preparations with antifungal action with addition of emulsifiable substances by ultrasonication, using Vibracel sonic equipment WCX130 with a power of 130 W and a frequency of 20 kHz, at a temperature of 25°C, using lecithin and gelatin as emulsifying agents, in various ratios, depending on the recipe; f. packaging the product in plastic containers having a volume in the range of 500...1000 ml and labelling the same and g. storing the containers in rooms with no exposure to solar radiation, at temperatures in the range of 15...25°C.
