MEDICAL BED FOR RESTING PURPOSES AND FOR ASSISTANCE OF DISABLED PATIENTS IN URINARY AND BOWEL ELIMINATION NEEDS

The invention relates to a medical bed for resting purposes and for assistance of disabled patients in urinary and bowel elimination needs. According to the invention, the bed comprises four legs (4) made of internally calibrated pipe wherein other four externally calibrated pipes (3) slide, the pipes (3) being integral, two by two, with a bar (20) which is driven upwardly and downwardly by a mechanism (2) which can be a hydraulic piston, a pneumatic piston, a rack or another similar mechanism, the frame (8) of the bed can be rotated by 180° by a motor and is provided, on one side, with a fixed mattress (5) and, on the other side, with a tub (9) equipped with washing nozzles (14) and a conduit for discharging the waste water, the patient being seated on a net (1) in order to be washed or to be assisted in urinary and bowel elimination, said net (1) being suspended over the tub, (9) and fixed to the bar (20) by means of hooks (19).
