The process of producing camansi seed cookie is done through preparing dry ingredients including all-purpose flour, camansi seed flour, baking powder, sugar and iodized salt and wet ingredients including butter, milk, eggs, and vanilla. Sifting all dry ingredients such as all-purpose flour, camansi seed flour, baking powder, sugar and iodized salt. Mixing the sifted dry ingredients together in a container as dry mixture, and set aside. Measuring the wet ingredients including butter, milk, eggs and vanilla. Creaming the butter and add egg, milk and vanilla mix thoroughly as wet mixture. Adding the dry mixture to said mixture gradually until soft dough is obtained. Scoping the soft dough using a spoon and place onto a baking sheet. Baking the soft dough using a pre-heated oven for about 10-12 minutes or until become golden; and removing the baked dough from the oven as cookies.
