A process of producing a bottled calamansi juice comprising the steps of: first a) washing of the calamansi fruit; then b) extracting the juice from the calamansi fruit; then c) measuring 5-10 pcnt calamansi extract; then d) measuing 10-15 pcnt sugar; then e) measuring 80-85 pcnt purified water; then f) mixing the measured calamansi juice, purified water and sugar in a container to produce a mixture; then g) washing a 330ml bottle and cap; then h) sterilizing said bottle and cap; then i) placing the mixture in step (f) in a bottle; then j)capping and sealing the bottle; then k) labeling the capped and sealed bottle; and lastly l) storing the labelled bottle in a freezer with a temperature of 0 to -4 degrees centigrade.
