A resistivity sensing device using a ground improvement blade of the present invention, in a soil improving machine having a corotation preventing blade and a stirring blade, detects a resistivity of a ground, and monitoring and observing a ground state by using electrodes for detecting resistivity installed on the corotation preventing blade. When mixing drilling earth and the drilling earth and a ground improving material, a ground change monitoring device 20 measures a resistivity by using an electrode 9 installed on a corotation preventing blade 4 of the soil improving machine, and output the measured signals. The measured signals is transmitted from a receiver 21 connected to the electrode 9, to a computing machine 24 via a wireless transmitter 22 installed on water swivel 10. A computing machine 24 receives the measured signals, determines a ground change and the like from rate of change of the resistivity, and displays the determination result signal on a display device.
