The present invention relates to a hemostaticinjection needle coated with a chitosan in which acatechol group and an oxidized catechol group areintroduced and cross-linked. The hemostatic injectionneedle according to the present invention can suppressbleeding during and after injection, and thus can beeffectively used for injection not only into coagulopathypatients, including diabetic patients, patients underanticancer treatment, and haemophilia patients, who have alow hemostatic ability, but also into patients showingblood rejection responses, and children.
