In this invention, the container is secured to collect theprocess gassuch that they stay in water inside of it. The container with water/othersolutions init enables the process to be free of any chemicals, incl. detergents, tohold/dissolveultra-fine solid particles brought in with the waste gas. The surface tensionbetweenwater/other solutions and micro/nano bubble may have some force to secureultra-finesolid particles to stay inside of the aqueous phase. Released air/gas containslesssolid particles and gets "cleaned" or micro/nano bubble bed screened.
