[Problem] In GSR sensor elements, times ti and tm for detecting rising pulses are set close to each other, the induction voltage at the time tm is substantially high, and thus, the fluctuation caused by the magnetic field cannot be ignored. The present invention realizes a rising pulse detection-type GSR sensor by eliminating an induced voltage from an output voltage. [Solution] On the basis of the finding that the positive/negative of an induced voltage is inverted with respect to the direction of current flowing through a magnetic wire, two magnetic wires through which flow currents, the positives/negatives of which are opposite to each other, are installed in one coil, so that the induced current can be cancelled and the voltage proportional to the magnetic field can be detected.
