The present invention relates to a Dickkopf-1 protein present specifically on the surface of regulatory T cells (Treg cells) among immune cells, an antibody specific therefor, and a use thereof. Being present specifically on the surface of immune cells, inter alia, regulatory T cells, the Dickkopt-1 (DKK1) protein of the present invention can be a new target of various therapeutic agents for immune-related diseases.
