Disclosed are a distance measurement method for an unmanned aerial vehicle, and an unmanned aerial vehicle. The distance measurement method for an unmanned aerial vehicle comprises the following steps: acquiring a first image captured by a first imaging device on an unmanned aerial vehicle at one moment, and a second image captured by a second imaging device on the unmanned aerial vehicle at the moment; determining a first pixel block in the first image, and a second pixel block, matched with the first pixel block, in the second image, any of the first pixel block and the second pixel block comprising at least 2 pixel points; and determining the distance between the unmanned aerial vehicle and a target object according to the parallax value between the first pixel block and the second pixel block. The application can improve the distance measurement efficiency.
