Provided is a visualization cleaning device suitable for a micro tube, the device comprising a hollow conduit (100), an obstacle isolation structure (200), a cleaning structure (300) and a sucking and discharging device, wherein one end of the hollow conduit (100) is arranged inside the micro tube, the other end thereof is arranged outside the micro tube, the obstacle isolation structure (200) is arranged at the end, arranged inside the micro tube, of the hollow conduit and can pass through an obstacle and isolate the obstacle within a set region of the micro tube, the cleaning structure (300) comprises a liquid spraying member (310) extending from inside the hollow conduit (100) for spraying liquid to clean the micro tube, and the sucking and discharging device is connected to the hollow conduit (100) for sucking out the cleaned obstacle. The cleaning device can improve the cleaning effects for the micro tube, and reduces the difficulty in cleaning the micro tube.
