The present invention provides a big data-based offline stationery sales system, comprising: stationery sales points comprising a plurality of stationery sales regions for trading different types of stationeries; a stationery warehouse used for storing stationeries and comprising a plurality of stationery storage regions for storing different types of stationeries; a collection unit used for collecting the stationery inventory of stationeries in each stationery storage region; a guide unit; a cloud server unit; and a prompt unit used for prompting workers in time according to the amount of remaining stationeries and stationery inventory stored in the cloud server unit. The big data-based offline stationery sales system provided in the present invention can present corresponding stationery sales information to customers by means of the guide unit and guide the customers to corresponding stationery sales regions and is easy to use, and thus the user experience is good. In addition, the prompt unit can prompt, according to the amount of remaining stationeries and the stationery inventory in time, workers to supplement stationeries for the stationery sales regions or to purchase and supplement stationeries for the stationery warehouse, and therefore, the system has strong practicality.
