CHILD LOST-PREVENTION MONITORING SYSTEM AND METHOD

Disclosed are a child lost-prevention monitoring system and method. The method comprises the steps of: a child lost-prevention monitoring device receives a child activity area set by a user on the electronic geographic map, the child activity area being a closed area; geographic location coordinates of contour points of the child activity area in the electronic geographic map are acquired so as to form geographic location coordinate range of the child activity area; the child lost-prevention positioning device transmits the geographic location coordinates to the child lost-prevention monitoring device; and the child lost-prevention monitoring device determines whether the geographic location coordinates received are within the geographic location coordinate range of the child activity area and, when the geographic location coordinates are not within the geographic location coordinate range, displays the reminder signal. The present invention allows the learning of whether the geographic location coordinates of the child lost-prevention positioning device is within the child activity area and helps a guardian to acquire at once abnormality information of a child and to start rescue in a timely manner.
