A SYSTEM WITH A VIDEO ANALYTICAL EVALUATION OF TYRE BUILDING PROCESS PARAMETERS FOR KMPU TYRE BUILDING MACHINES

A system with a video analytical evaluation of tyre building process parameters for KMPU tyre building machines with a carcass (belt building) drum (1) and/or a shaping drum (2) designed in such a way that it has a light source (3) and an optical sensing unit (4) pointing at the work space of a carcass (belt building) drum (1) and/or shaping drum (2), wherein the optical sensing unit (4) is connected with an evaluation unit (5). An operating output of the evaluation unit (5) is fed to an operator panel (6). An action input/output of the evaluation unit (5) is fed to a control unit (7) of the carcass (belt building) drum (1) and/or a control unit (7) of the shaping drum (2). The evaluation unit (5) is connected to a control centre (8) and an archiving unit (9).
