A resource transfer method, a device, a storage medium, and computer equipment, belonging to the field of network technology. The method comprises: when a cross-link resource transfer request from a first account is received, generating, on a first node device, a contract corresponding to the first account, the cross-link resource transfer request being used to request for transferring a resource of the first account to a second account, and the contract being used to indicate the conditions for the execution of various events in the resource transfer process; on the basis of the contract, when the first node device reaches a consensus for a contract generation event, transferring the resources in the contract to the second account; and on the basis of the contract, when a second node device reaches a consensus for a resource transfer event, updating the contract state of the contract to a finished state, and reaching a consensus for a state update event of the contract by means of the first node device. Said method realizes resource transfer among accounts in different block links.
