The filming agent for oil removal, rust removal and phosphating, is used for surface pretreatment of steel and iron components, and based on 4000 parts by weight, comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts to 200 parts of phosphoric acid, 0.5 parts to 5 parts of gelatin, 0.5 parts to 5 parts of alum, 5 parts to 30 parts of sodium tripolyphosphate, 30 parts to 60 parts of zinc oxide, 2 parts to 6 parts of alkyl polyoxyethylene ether, 2 parts to 20 parts of magnesium oxide, and the balance water. The filming agent for oil removal, rust removal and phosphating can remove oil stain and rust at the same time and can form a film, and the film has a dense structure and has firm adhesion; the filming agent can form a gray film on the surface of steel and iron, and the film has good anti-corrosion performance and can improve the adhesion of a subsequent coating layer.
