The filming agent for oil removal, rust removal and phosphating, is used for surface pretreatment of steel and iron components, and based on 2000 parts by weight, comprises the following components in parts by weight: 50 parts to 100 parts of phosphoric acid, 10 parts to 30 parts of zinc nitrate, 1 part to 6 parts of calcium sulfate, 4 parts to 15 parts of glacial acetic acid, 1 part to 5 parts of magnesium chloride, 2 parts to 6 parts of polyoxyethylene alkyl ether, 1 part to 6 parts of nickel nitrate, and the balance water. The filming agent for oil removal, rust removal and phosphating can remove oil stain and rust at the same time and can form a film, and the film has a dense structure and has firm adhesion; the filming agent can form a gray film on the surface of steel and iron, and the film has good anti-corrosion property and can improve the adhesion of a subsequent coating layer.
