The washing-free zinc-calcium phosphating agent is used for forming a film on the surface of a metal component, and based on 1000 parts by weight, comprises the following components in parts by weight: 10 parts to 30 parts of zinc dihydrogen phosphate, 5 parts to 15 parts of calcium dihydrogen phosphate, 5 parts to 10 parts of titanium phosphate, 6 parts to 12 parts of phosphoric acid, 12 parts to 18 parts of tartaric acid, 5 parts to 10 parts of trisodium phosphate and the balance water. A film layer formed by the washing-free zinc-calcium phosphating agent is dense, uniform and firm, has good toughness, proper thickness and strong anticorrosion, increases the bonding force between a coating layer and a metal substrate, can improve the luster of the coating layer and can reduce the use of paint. The product does not need washing, reduces the processes, improves the efficiency, has good stability, does not deteriorate, has no sediment, and has no emissions.
