Disclosed is a low-temperature coal-saving apparatus capable of sweeping ash, comprising a housing (1), a heat-exchange pipe bundle (2), an ash-sweeping apparatus (3), a water inlet (4) and a water outlet (5), wherein the heat-exchange pipe bundle (2) is provided in the housing (1), the water inlet (4) and the water outlet (5) are assembled on an outer face of the housing (1) and are connected to the heat-exchange pipe bundle (2), the ash-sweeping apparatus (3) is assembled on an upper end of the housing (1), the ash-sweeping apparatus (3) comprises a gas cylinder mechanism (31), a transition plate (32) and a steel wire brush (33), the steel wire brush (33) is in two rows located at two sides of the heat-exchange pipe bundle (2), a brush of the steel wire brush (33) is mounted facing the heat-exchange pipe bundle (2) and in contact with the heat-exchange pipe bundle (2), an upper end of each steel wire brush (33) is connected to a lower end of the transition plate (32) via two connection rods (34), an upper face of the transition plate (32) is connected to the gas cylinder mechanism (31), a lower end of the housing (1) is designed as a trapezoidal groove (6), and one side face of the groove (6) is designed with a cleaning door (7).The advantages are a rational design, controlling the steel wire brush to sweep ash via a gas cylinder, and no need for manual dismantling and cleaning, greatly improving use of residual heat from smoke exhaustion by a system and an apparatus, and increasing effectiveness; and designing the lower face of the housing as a trapezoidal groove facilitates merging a volume of ash, and personnel can perform cleaning via the cleaning door.
