Disclosed is an easy-to-install and easy-to-disassemble vehicle monitoring device, comprising a plate member (100), a signal input apparatus (200), a communication assembly (300), magnetic attraction members (400), and a battery (510, 520). The device directly attaches the plate member (100) equipped with the signal input apparatus (200), the communication assembly (300) and the battery (510, 520) to a vehicle housing by means of the multiple magnetic attraction members (400); the communication assembly thereof does not require complex wiring, is easy to install and disassemble, and can realize remote monitoring operation thereof; and the device has no restrictions on the installation position, and can increase the monitoring range and improve the driving safety.
