Disclosed are a method and device for improving the accuracy of a white blood cell classification result and the repeatability of a counting result. The device comprises: a white blood cell counting apparatus for white blood cell counting; a sample blood pushing apparatus for dispensing a blood sample reagent to the white blood cell counting apparatus; a hemolytic agent pushing apparatus for dispensing a hemolytic reagent to the white blood cell counting apparatus; an automatic control system for controlling the sample blood pushing apparatus and the hemolytic agent pushing apparatus respectively to push sample blood and a hemolytic agent to the white blood cell counting apparatus in batches; a cleaning and draining apparatus for cleaning the white blood cell counting apparatus; and an accuracy comparison module for comparing the accuracy of each classification and count result, wherein the automatic control system successively controls the sample blood pushing apparatus and the hemolytic agent pushing apparatus twice to push the reagents to the white blood cell counting apparatus, and the second quantity of hemolytic agents is less than the first quantity of hemolytic agents. By means of use of the invention, the accuracy and repeatability of a WBC counting result of a blood cell analyzer can be improved.
