The electric heater body (1) is connected to the support base (2), and the electric heater body (1) comprises a main housing and a ceramic heating disc (3); the support base (2) is connected with a driving motor (4) for driving the electric heater body (1) to swing left and right relative to the support base (2); at least one infrared human body detecting sensor (5) for identifying human body directions is provided on the front surface of the main housing; the infrared human body detecting sensor (5) is connected with a control module (6) for controlling the driving motor (4) to drive the electric heater body (1) to keep towards the human body directions; a motor and fan blades connected to the motor are provided in the electric heater body (1); a reflecting aluminum plate is provided behind the motor and the fan blades; a status indicator lamp (101) and a temperature adjusting knob (102) are provided on the front surface of the main housing.
