An intelligent human body pyroelectric infrared ray monitoring device (100), comprising: a photographing and video recording circuit (1), and at least one camera (2), an infrared receiver (3), a micro SD (4), a human body infrared detection sensor (5) and a USB interface (6) which are electrically connected to the photographing and video recording circuit (1) respectively. The infrared receiver (3) is used for receiving an ON/OFF signal transmitted by an infrared remote controller (7), and sending the ON/OFF signal to the photographing and video recording circuit (1). The photographing and video recording circuit (1) drives the camera (2) to be turned on or off according to the ON/OFF signal. The human body infrared detection sensor (5) is used for detecting a human body signal and sending same to the photographing and video recording circuit (1). The photographing and video recording circuit (1) is used for driving the camera (2) to perform photographing or video recording according to the received human body signal.
