Disclosed is a portable amphibious light-triggered/medium-macro photography light supplement system, comprising a sealed housing (19) detachably connected to a piece of photography equipment (1). A light-emitting unit (13), a control unit (12) and an operation unit (8) are provided inside the sealed housing (19), and a photoelectric conversion unit (3) covers a flash lamp (2) built into the photography equipment (1), wherein the photoelectric conversion unit (3) communicates with the operation unit (8) and the control unit (12); the control unit (12) is connected to the operation unit (8); a light signal sent by the flash lamp (2) built into the photography equipment (1) is converted into an electrical signal by means of the photoelectric conversion unit (3), and the electrical signal is transmitted to the operation unit (8) and the control unit (12); and the operation unit (8) drives the control unit (12) to control the light emitted by the light-emitting unit (13), thereby supplementing light for the photography of the photography equipment (1). The system takes medium-macro light supplement as the object and reaches a suitable light supplement index, while being miniaturized, portable and low in price, and fills in product gaps in the market. By means of waterproof and compression resistance processing, the system is amphibious, and is flexible and convenient to use, thereby significantly improving the experience and enjoyment of underwater photography.
