LEVERAGING KNOWLEDGE BASE OF GROUPS IN MINING ORGANIZATIONAL DATA

Approaches to leveraging knowledge base of groups in mining organizational data. A communication service initiates operation(s) to leverage knowledge base of groups upon detecting a question supplied by a requestor. Contextual information associated with the requestor is determined in relation to the question. Next, a knowledge graph is queried with the question and the contextual information. An answer associated with the question is identified within the knowledge graph. The answer includes a source. Furthermore, the answer and the source is provided to the requestor. Upon receiving a feedback associated with the answer from the requestor, the knowledge graph is modified based on the feedback.
