Disclosed is an electric vehicle direct-current charger based on DSP_CPLD control, wherein same is aimed at solving the problems in the prior art of greater ripples and switching loss, lower power, an unadjustable output voltage and an unstable working state. The charger comprises a power-frequency rectifying and filtering unit, a pulse modulation unit, a power drive unit, a high-frequency isolation unit and a high-frequency rectifying and filtering unit, wherein the power-frequency rectifying and filtering unit comprises an alternating-current filter circuit, a three-phase rectification circuit and a power-frequency LC filter circuit; the pulse modulation unit comprises a pulse generator and a pulse modulator; and the power drive unit comprises a main control circuit part, a drive circuit part and an inverter circuit part. The charger plays an important role in improving the performance of electric vehicle direct-current chargers.
