The present solution provides an exhaust structure for an earphone front cavity, and earphones. The air exhaust structure for an earphone front cavity comprises an earphone casing (1) having a front cavity; an air exhaust hole (2) is provided in the earphone front cavity; the air exhaust hole (1) is connected to a guide tube (3); the guide tube (3) is used for guiding an air flow in the front cavity out of the front cavity. In the air exhaust structure for an earphone front cavity provided in the present solution, an air flow in the earphones can be transmitted to the guide tube (3) by means of the air exhaust hole (2) of the front cavity; the guide tube (3) may have a certain buffering effect on the air flow; the air flow is transmitted to a cavity irrelevant to the speaker front cavity by means of the guide tube (3) and is finally diffused out from assembly gaps between the earphone casing (1) and components such as an earphone casing decoration member and an earphone casing support, and thus the extrusion on a speaker diaphragm by the air flow is canceled, and the acoustic and noise reduction effects are improved.
