The present solution provides a front cavity structure of earphones. The front cavity structure of earphones comprises an earphone casing having a front cavity and a rear cavity, the front cavity and the rear cavity being not communicated with each other. The front cavity is provided with: an adjusting cavity for adjusting the size of the front cavity; a speaker surface (11) for transmitting a sound outputted by a speaker in the earphones out, a microphone (4) being provided on the speaker surface (11); a wire hole for allowing a transmission wire of the microphone (4) to pass through the front cavity; an exhaust hole for exhausting air in the front cavity; and a vent hole provided at a side of the speaker (11) and for implementing ventilation on the speaker. According to the front cavity structure of earphones provided in the present solution, by providing an adjusting cavity in the front cavity to adjust the size of the front cavity, an exhaust hole for exhausting air in the front cavity, and a vent hone at a side of a speaker surface (11), the tone quality and noise reduction effect of the earphones are improved on the basis of the design on the front cavity layout.
