PREPARATION METHOD FOR EFFECTIVE PART OF PATRINIA VILLOSA JUSS

A preparation method for an effective part of Patrinia villosa juss. The preparation method comprises the following steps: performing reflux extraction on Patrinia villosa juss 2 to 4 times with ethanol having a volume fraction of 45-55% for 1-3 h each time; combining extracting solutions; concentrating the extracting solutions under reduced pressure to obtain an extract; dissolving the extract in an appropriate amount of water, and then performing chromatographic separation with a macroporous resin adsorption column; performing gradient elution by sequentially using pure water and ethanol having the volume fractions of 10%, 30%, 50%, and 95%; collecting a part eluted with 50% ethanol; performing a second chromatographic separation with a silica gel column; eluting by sequentially using chloroform-methanol having the volume ratios of 40:1 and 20:1; collecting a part eluted by 20:1 chloroform-methanol; and performing concentration, thereby obtaining an effective part of Patrinia villosa juss. The preparation method for an effective part of Patrinia villosa juss is easy to operate. The obtained extract is rich in lignin compounds and has various pharmacological activities, and thus can be used as an effective part of Patrinia villosa juss for medicine preparation.
