A ballet basic trainer, comprising a base (1) and an elastic balancing plate (2) for somersault protection training. The elastic balancing plate (2) is rotatably connected to the base (1); an automatic balancing airbag (3) is disposed between the elastic balancing plate (2) and the base (1), and a balancing slot (4) for disposing the automatic balancing airbag (3) is formed in the base (1). The trainer further comprises a support roll (5) for somersault flexibility training; moving tracks (8) allowing the support roll (5) to move are formed at two sides of the elastic balancing plate (2); two ends of the support roll (5) are mounted on the elastic balancing plate (2) by means of a support frame (6); moving wheels (13) cooperating with the moving tracks (8) are provided in the support frame (6). Provided is a ballet basic training measuring apparatus matching the ballet basic trainer. According to the ballet basic trainer, the safety can be ensured during dance skill somersault training. The matching ballet basic training measuring apparatus can provide a scientific, correct and standard training method for dance, can also overcome the disadvantages brought by unscientific training, and provides necessary body protection and effective safety measures.
