PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a basic ballet training device capable of guaranteeing the safety of somersault training, which is a dance skill, and to improve a problem by non-scientific training, and to provide a scientific and accurately standardized training method. We provide a ballet basic training meter that can realize. A basic ballet training device including a base 1 and an elastic balance board 2 for side somersault training, the elastic balance board and the base are rotatably connected, and an automatic balance airbag 3 is provided between them.
