The key to achieving superior quality meat is by feeding the right amount of high-quality grain and milk with the right atmosphere for the cattle to grow up in. The process of harvesting premium grade meat begins at birth; firstly, we allow the calves to grow up to 4 months with their mother's and to feed on their mother's milk for this period, the bed on which these cattle are allowed to walk is spread with grain which is a mixture of wheat, corn and chickpeas. Secondly the process involves slowly removing contact with the mothers of the HBCs; over about 9 months for the cattle to become completely independent.
